The oldies are still good.
I remember eating Sosmix a long time ago and feeling great internally but also for the animals I wasn’t making part of my meals. I remember the texture and taste which so resembled fresh sausages that it was quite remarkable. As I continue to eat it whether wrapped around a home made scotch egg or pan fried with breakfast, it is still a pleasurable experience. The only negative for me is that it needs a little more by way of herbs to enhance the flavour and suit my more elderly palette. I overcome this by simply adding dried herbs to the mix as it absorbs the liquid and by the time it has stood for the required ten minutes, it smells luscious and tastes beautiful when cooked. I highly recommend this product and as it is reasonable in it’s carb values, I hope to have it as part of my meat free meals for a long time to come all being well.
