Because it’s difficult to get enough vitamin D from food, Public Health England recommend supplementation of vitamin D to maintain bone and muscle health. Whereas most vitamin D3 supplements on the market are derived from the lanolin in sheep’s wool, Viridian’s Vitamin D3 spray provides vitamin D in a vegan plant-based form derived from lichen.

Formulated to deliver an optimal dose, 2 sprays daily provides 2000IU of vitamin D3. The vitamin D in this supplement is preserved in MCT oil from coconuts, and includes no artificial additives or preservatives. Each bottle contains 70 doses.
