Sosmix is really handy to have in the cupboard - it stores well as it's dry, is quick to rehydrate and cook and tastes great. I use it to make vegan patties, meatballs and (mostly) as an alternative to mince in pasta or chilli. It has a much better flavour and texture than similar dry meat alternatives and there's less plastic packaging for the equivalent amount of a frozen mince alternative. I'd be even happier if there was an option to use a refillable container by post (not living anywhere near a zero waste shop).
