Our Countryman's polenta uses traditional Italian cornmeal combined with a selection of rustic vegetables and herbs. We love to fry the polenta as a delicious snack, or you can even serve it as an alternative to pasta, rice or potato.
Items to Add: 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, finely grated vegan cheese (to taste).
