These organic hazelnuts come from a small farm near Alba, an historic town in the Piedmont region of northern Italy (the foothills of the Italian Alps). Piedmont hazelnuts are very distinctive, they give a certain Italian chocolate ball their distinctive flavour. There’s nothing quite like them!
