Mouse’s Favourite Aged Dulse is a fantastically firm vegan cheese alternative with a rich umami flavour and a touch of the sea. It is coated in a dark purple wax to echo the colours of the dulse flakes inside.

An authentic taste is achieved by combining the highest quality organic cashew nuts with traditional cheese-making cultures and processes. Made by hand in micro batches and carefully nurtured, this vegan cheese alternative is aged for several weeks to develop a deep umami flavour and a medium-firm texture.
