Swiss vegan Farmhouse-style sausages by Vegusto. Very similar to the Cervelat sausage, this plant-based alternative is firm, slightly smoked, mildly spiced and absolutely delicious.
The Farmhouse-style Sausage is most enjoyable finely chopped in, for example, barley soup, or sautéed in vegetable oil with boiled potatoes and sauerkraut. Moreover, they give stews a mild smoky taste. Even a traditional Swiss sausage salad can easily be converted into an accompanying vegi-sausage salad. Well-cooked for hot and cold eating.
