These organic reusable grains are the live culture needed to make water kefir. The dehydrated grains are small balls of bacteria and yeast that turn the water into kefir. Before use, reactive the grains according to packet instructions. Once reconstituted, 5g of dried water kefir grains turn to 30g of fresh water kefir grains to prepare 600ml of water kefir
