How long will my delivery take
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Tracking information will follow as soon as your order is on its way to you so please only contact us about dispatch of your order if necessary.
Will my delivery be contact-free
Our couriers, DPD, offer contact-free delivery. No handheld units will be required to be signed and you can leave a safe place request with DPD when you place your order.
When will an item be back in stock
Please sign up for an email reminder on the out of stock item product page and you'll be the first to know once new stock arrives.
I wish to add/remove items from my order
Please contact us as soon as possible to make any amendments to your order. We are unable to make amendments if your order has already been dispatched.
I wish to cancel my order
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order as it may be too late to cancel the order. We are unable to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched. We will charge a £1.99 re-stocking fee if your order has already been picked/packed prior to dispatch.
I forgot to enter my discount code
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders once they have been submitted. You can however use your sign-up discount towards your next order instead.
Can I place a telephone order
We're asking for all orders to be placed via the website whilst we are all hands on deck to get deliveries unpacked and orders shipped. Please contact us if you are having difficulty placing an order and we'll be able to assist.
