After mourning the loss of the vegan kebab shop What The Pitta, I was determined to be able to experience at home the meaty vegan kebab once more. I boiled these in strong stock, strained in a nut bag and then tossed in oil and spice mix before baking. They were sensationally chewy and meaty and I felt I'd unlocked the secrets of the universe. Well chuffed!
Nice and chewy sweets, the baby meercats are cute, I didn't notice any banana and caramel foams, but my husband might have got them.

In truth I was a little sceptical to try, but having read about these meals and how they can help my menopausal bloating whilst being quick and easy to prepare, I jumped and tried: these are delicious and amazing! Katsu is divine. Excited for more flavours.
As a plant-based product, this is about as close as you're going to get to parmesan reggiano. Smell and texture are spot on. Tastes good too. Melts down well, with only a trace of solid residue. I've been looking for a replacement for the sadly discontinued Lidl Vemondo grated p@rm and this is very similar. Yayyy!!!
I really enjoy the mild mozzarella like flavour. Not coconutty. Its not overbearing with an excessively pungent cheesy smell like some other plant based alternatives.

Love trying out different flavours of No Bloat - so easy to make ... just add hot water on and leave to stand. Every flavour I tried I enjoyed and would have a again. Great to have something quick , delicious and easy and best of all not feel bloated after you can do when eating bread. All vegan and freeze dried so you know its so good for you too. Will buy again.
