Have been searching for a decent smoky cheese after the disappointment that is Applewood. Have finally found it! Cheezly's offering is aromatically smoke laden, reminiscent of German smoked cheese, from pre-vegan times. Texture wise, it has a soft waxy feel of vegan block cheese, far superior to the plastic texture of Applewood. Would definitely benefit from sitting at room temperature for a good hour, rather like all good cheese! Cut a few thick greedy slices and served on crackers. Heavenly! Beyond good!
