Original Sosmix is a delicious meat free vegetarian / vegan sausage
mix perfect for those following a cruelty free lifestyle and also a
great source of protein. Its such a quick and easy way to make veggie
sausages, pies and more just by adding cold water.
Instructions: Simply mix 150g of Sosmix with 250ml of cold
water and allow to stand for 10 mins. Form into sausage or burger shapes
and fry gently in a little oil until golden brown or bake on a tray in
the oven. Sosmix tastes delicious as it is and does not require
seasoning but you can choose to flavour your mix however you wish. Try
adding herbs, fried onions, tomato, vegetables, garlic etc to taste
before cooking.
Sosmix comes complete with a resealable air tight bag to keep your Sosmix fresh and tasty.

Ingredients: Rusk [fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt], dried soya protein, palm oil (sustainably sourced), stabiliser (methylcellulose), rice flour, salt, soya flour, modified potato starch, sunflower oil, flavourings (contain barley), colour (beetroot red).
