Handcrafted from over 100 red maple tree forests this maple syrup is darker in colour than amber rich taste stronger in flavor and Ideal for a topping and cooking. Organic natural and great tasting St Lawrence Gold maple syrup is the perfect sweetener for your pancakes waffles or ice cream. In addition this syrup is ideal for adding a delightful taste to things such as salmon pork chops glazed carrots or homemade beans to mention a few. Compared to refined sugar and other sweeteners such as agave syrup or hone maple syrup provides more essential nutrients such as calcium potassium zinc manganese and riboflavin (vitamin B2).
