Our organic balsamic is a dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured true balsamic vinegar, made for us traditionally in Modena, Italy, by one of the oldest and most respected family-owned vinegar manufacturers. Our balsamic vinegar is Vegan and registered with the Vegan Society. Perfect for making dressings and marinades and drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables or strawberries. It can be mixed with olive oil to create a starter dip with warm crusty bread. The 5 litre option for our catering customers is a touch thinner, it's an ideal as an ingredient, adding richness to recipes suchs as BBQ sauces and Bolognese.
