Yakso hoisin sauce is vegetarian, sweet Asian sauce. It is widely used as a marinade or to glaze your meat. Or as an addition to stir-fry sauce. The hoisin sauce is made from brown rice miso, kombu (seaweed), shiitakes, spices, sesame and garlic.
