An essential product for vegan baking. Add one tea spoon of Orgran No Egg to two tablespoons of water for the equivalent of one egg.

Ingredients: Potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium carbonate, citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser), methycellulose.

Nutritional Information per 100g: Energy 1280kJ/306kcal, Protein 0g, Carbohydrates 72.4g of which sugars 71.5g, Fat 0.1g of which saturates 0.1g, Fibre 2.8g, Sodium 0.1g.
