This big bag of soya pieces are the perfect store cupboard essential. Versatile meat substitute in the form of fillet strips, made of extruded soybeans. Just soak for 5 to 10 minutes in hot stock (or add any seasoning you like to the hot water) then pan fry, grill or add to stews or soups and let them simmer and soak up all the flavour from the stock or sauce. A large 1kg bag.
