Ingredients: Tofu 80% (water, soya beans, coagulating agent: nigari (magnesium chloride), calcium sulphate), rape seed oil, olives, tomatoes, garlic, vegetable broth, (sea salt, yeast extract, potato starch, leek, carrots, sunflower oil, mace, parsley, celery), sweet paprika, hot paprika, chilli, wine vinegar, parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, savory, tarragon.

Other Information: Taifun uses a combination of nigari (magnesium chloride extracted from sea water) and calcium sulphate to coagulate it. This coagulation method produces a firmer texture and is also means that the tofu is a good source of calcium.
