(I’ve bought this many times already but only just got round to writing a review).
I lead a very physical lifestyle in my spare time at an animal rescue centre and for a while I had been looking for a healthier savoury snack alternative I could spread on crackers- Which can also stay fresh in my lunch bag all day for break times, and this was it!
I have tried other competitive brands and in my opinion Tartex does not have an overpowering onion taste. Tartex pate can also be deposited on anything without the need for utensils which is a bonus when on the go!
The only negative point is that the price of this product keeps rising steadily all the time but that’s not the fault of Alternative Stores or the Tartex brand…It is unfortunate that the ongoing Ukraine war has had an impact on sunflower oil supplies.
So I still give this product 5/5 as this has not impacted on the flavour or application.
