It’s a fraiche without the crème! Oatly worked really hard to make sure that their fraiche provides the same great performance as a traditional crème fraiche, but without the cream. It has got 15% of nicely composed fat with only 6% being saturated. Use it just like a creme fraiche without the creme. Performs professionally in both warm and cold dishes.
Ingredients: Fermented oat base (water, oats, starter culture), rapeseed oil, fully hydrogenated coconut- and rapeseed oil, potato starch, emulsifier (E472e), stabilizer (E407), acids (malic acid, lactic acid), calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate.

Despite regularly using Oatly skimmed milk all members of our family found Oatly Creamy Oat Fraiche oily, with an unpleasant taste. The texture was not attractive either.
