Sosmix is a delicious meat free vegetarian / vegan mix perfect for those following a cruelty free lifestyle and also a great source of protein. Its such a quick and easy way to make veggie sausages, pies and more.
Instructions: Thoroughly mix 100g of sosmix with 160ml of ice cold water (5 degrees or less). Leave to stand for 10 mins. Form into sausage, burger or meatball shape and shallow fry until golden brown.
Ingredients: Rusk [fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt], dried SOYA protein, palm oil (sustainably sourced), stabiliser (methylcellulose), salt, flavourings, sunflower oil, nutritional yeast, WHEAT starch, beetroot juice powder.
