Made the slow way using whole lemons, including peel, and crafted through lactic acid fermentation for depth of flavour rather than built from concentrates, flavourings or citric acid. Bright, zesty and properly sharp, with a clean, dry finish, it offers a more grown-up alternative to standard lemonade. Made with prebiotic fibre and naturally occurring lactic acid from fermentation, it brings together bold fruit character, gentle sparkle and a refreshing finish that works well both on its own and with food. Suitable for vegans and packed in a glass bottle with a twist-off cap.

water, juice from fermented lemons 11% (lemon juice 55%, nfc lemon juice 30%), beetroot sugar 10%, prebiotic inulin, carbon dioxide.
