A fruit-forward fermented soft drink with juicy raspberry up front and a bright lemon finish to keep it clean and lifted. Tart, vivid and lightly sparkling, it is refreshing without being overly sweet and works well both on its own and with food. Made using real raspberries and whole lemons, including peel, and crafted through lactic acid fermentation for natural depth of flavour rather than built from concentrates, flavourings or citric acid. Made with prebiotic fibre and naturally occurring lactic acid from fermentation. Suitable for vegans and packed in a glass bottle with a twist-off cap.

water, fermented lemon and raspberry drink 22% (nfc lemon juice 44.5%, lemon 27.5%, raspberry 2.5%), inulin, carbon dioxide, beetroot sugar.
