Grown by COCAFELOL co-operative this is a community-driven coffee specially selected by the families who run the co-op. Fuerza La Labor coffee meaning power to the people is a joint venture between family farms aimed at alleviating regional poverty in the Ocotepeque area of Honduras and reflects their community-based approach to improving quality and income. Washed Pacas Catuai Icatu Pacamara and Lempira beans delivery a classic and clean flavor profile with caramel chocolate and citrus notes. This product is accredited with Ethical Consumer's Best Buy label. The label is awarded after Ethical Consumer has looked in detail at the environmental and ethical record of both the product and company supplying it.
