Ingredients: Coconut blossom augar (47%), teff flour (20%), gluten free plain flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), cacao powder (10%), potato starch, tapioca starch, raising agent (Mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), potato starch, xanthan Gum, bicarbonate of soda.

These went horribly wrong when I tried to make the vegan version - I think the printed instructions must be wrong, as I had to add twice as much liquid as suggested. The mix still clogged my hand whisk so badly it wouldn't go round, and it was unspreadable in the baking tin. Got a very dense, oily brownie that tasted a bit weird.
