Cheesy goodness

Bought a huge bag of grated plant-based 'parmesan' cheese. Decanted into small bags and froze. Arrived in a cooler bag, delighted with purchase

Closest match to real Italian hard cheese

Pleased to have discovered this product as the grated cheddar style cheeses don’t work in Italian recipes. It has the look, texture and similar sharp taste to an Italian hard cheese. It’s worth the extra money. I decanter the 1kg bag into 10 and freeze until required.
