Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. As all appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Wrap the roast completely in foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for 45-50 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 48 hours. Suitable for freezing. Consume within 3 months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours before cooking. Use By: See side of pack
