Made with potato, corn and rice - gluten free gnocchi with spinach. Quick and easy meal dress with pesto, tomato based sauces or try black pepper with melted vegan spread and finish off with some vegan grated cheese.

Cooking Directions: Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. Cook gnocchi for about 2 minutes until they float to the surface and then drain. 250g
Ingredients: Rehydrated potato (water, potato flakes) 70%, potato starch, corn flour 12%, corn starch, spinach 3%, salt, rice flour 3%, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, turmeric.
Nutritional Information - Typical values Per 100g: Energy 680kJ/163kcal, Fat 0.5g. Carbohydrate 36g. Protein 3.5g.

This was ok, cooked very well and quick but this Gnocchi doesn't really taste of anything, just like small balls of dough, some more flavour and they will be a winner.
