This is how to cook them

I love these, but like many people I had problems with the yolks when cooking. So… I found this method works well. Boil a pan of water, and when on the boil turn it down so it’s no longer bubbling (around a 5 on my hob). Put one egg in and time for 10 minutes making sure the water is heating, but still. After 10 mins use a slotted spoon to very gently lift out. They do tend to start running the minute you lift so don’t mess around.

Total fail’

Every time I cooked them the yolk boiled out of them, I tried different ways and they all turned out the same way. 3 of them I could t separate, and had to cook all of them at once. I definitely won’t be buying them again, they were a huge disappointment!

disappointing

They used to be lovely with solid yolks... now the yolks dissolve in the water as they boil. Really Really disappointed in this.

Awful

I have tried cooking the poached eggs now on 3 different occasions and haven't been able to eat them because they just turn to mush while cooking. I have tried changing timing and the rapidity of the boiling water but they still come out inedible. I have re-read instructions and reviews and it appears that the eggs should be in a paper sachet. The eggs received are not in sachets which may explain why they fall apart when cooking. Big disappointment and I wouldn't buy again

Eggsellent

As an alternative to animal the sinless range is superb.
Follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong
Texture is indistinguishable from the animal and flavour was superb
They were a bit stuck together but if you separate them as soon as they arrive then into freezer they work👍
Price point is just right as a luxury item.
