Your universal solution to cooking. Schlagfix vegetable cream is a yummy alternative to dairy cream containing 43% less calories! This cream can be used to cook, refine, bake or make whipped cream, while only containing 15% of plant based fat.  Now in a 1 litre bulk size with a screw cap.

Ingredients: water, vegetable fat (15%), maltodextrin, glucose syrup, stabilisers: starch, polysorbat 60 (E 435), sodium citrate (E 331), hydroxylpropyl methylcellulose (E 464), cellulose (E 460), carboxy methylcellulose (E 466), sodium phosphate (E 339); emulsifiers: sodium stearoyl-2-lactylat (E 481), mono- and diglxceride (E 471), poly glycerine ester (E 475); salt, flavour.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 663 kJ / 158 kcal, fat 16 g, of which saturates 16 g, carbohydrates 4 g, of which sugars 1,9 g, protein 0 g, salt 0,3 g

Brilliant dairy alternative

Bought for making desserts and anything that requires cream as one of our household is allergic to milk and milk products. Was a great success as a whipping cream - always a bit of trepidation when something claims to do a thing, especially when a recipe relies on it and this did not disappoint.

Whipping Cream

Unfortunately, this didn't whip to a stiff peak. It remained liquified, so wasn't able to use it for what I wanted. Instead I added Gelatine and made a non vegan dessert with it.
