Ready to cook vegan fried "eggs". This pack contains a ready to cook mix, packed in 6 individual pots. A plant based imitation of a fried "egg".

Sinless Eggs are the perfect product to enrich your meal with a cruelty-free, plant based imitation of a fried "egg". We love our product, and we are passionate about creating deliciousness for everyone. Keep it handy in your freezer as addition to your breakfast or as meal in itself. Try it with your favourite baked beans and few rashers of vegan bacon. Ideal to become part of your family life.

COOKING METHOD: Take the pot out of the freezer and let it defrost in the fridge overnight. When the product is fully defrosted, pre-heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil. When the oil starts sizzling, remove the lid of the pot and tip the mix into the frying pan. The mix should lay in the pan just like the real thing. Keep frying for at least 2 minutes, or more if you prefer it well cooked. You may wish to cover the frying pan with a lid for a more even cook.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TRY TO DEFROST THE MIX WITH ANY HEAT SOURCE OR MICROWAVE. IT NEEDS TO BE NATURALLY DEFROSTED IN THE FRIDGE. AFTER DEFROSTING IT CAN BE COOKED WITHIN 2 DAYS.

Hits the spot

Taste is so close, it really hits the spot! But cooking them breaks the yolk which dissolves in the oil. I found this with the sinless poached eggs too. But they’re still worth buying if you miss eggs.

Sinless poached eggs and fried eggs

Overpriced. I mean who pays £30 for a dozen eggs?. I’m not the vegan in the family but I am the cook. Your “poached eggs” were really a disaster. Following the cooking instructions I cooked them in water for the recommended 10 minutes only to find a white gloopy mess in yellow water, no “yolk” remained. I can’t comment on the taste as I didn’t eat them but I’m pretty sure we will not be buying them again.

Very nice but far to dear!!

Haven’t had them all as prepping them, need to leave 24 hours in your fridge from the freezer. Taste good, looks and texture wise good to. Not really affordable to eat a few each week, as a treat once a fortnight ok.
