Sunny Fruit Organic Dried Figs 50g

Drying process begins on the tree, and then continue on plastic sheets under sunlight. Figs are sieved and selected under UV lights to remove the fruits contaminated by aflatoxin, then washed with salty water. The finest selected figs are passed through from a hot water inside a boiler to make them soft and juicy. Naturally gluten free, no sugar added and a source of fibre.
