We take our original cheese and then slowly smoke it using the cold smoking method to infuse our chease with wonderfully fragrant smoke from natural apple wood chips.

This cheese has creamy texture and a smoky, tangy flavour. Perfect if you already love our smoked paprika flavour but want something with a more natural smoky flavour.
