This quiche is ready to eat once defrosted and best eaten cold. If you prefer a crispier pastry follow the instructions below and leave to cool on a wire rack before serving, please eat within 12 hours of heating. If you prefer to eat hot, or are using straight from the freezer, please follow the instructions below. Simply remove from packaging and place quiche (in paper case) on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
