Followed the instructions and I found it to be a bit wet. The other veggies burger mix which turned out perfectly following the instructions. I've not tried burgers again but will adjust to make them a bit firmer. I don't recall how they were taste wise as the consistency put me off a bit and I was focused on that. When I tried the other veggies burger mix I wasn't expecting much but was really impressed with the taste as well as texture. I did mix this stuff with some mashed potatoes and it produced quite a tasty end product. So hopefully when I try these with a better texture the taste will match.
