Made with potato, pumpkin, corn and quinoa - gluten free gnocchi by Difatti. Quick and easy meal. Why not dress with pesto, tomato based sauces, melted vegan butter, sage and black pepper. Sprinkle with some grated vegan parmesan.

Cooking Directions: Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. Cook gnocchi for about 2 minutes until they float to the surface and then drain. 250
