What is ‘Caramel Toffee‘?
It’s ‘Not too hard, and not too soft‘
Jeavons toffee is firm, but quickly softens for a mouthwatering chew, like the chewy toffees Mackintosh (Rowntree’s) created a hundred plus years ago, combining recipes for caramels and toffees, and creating a toffee that was ‘Not too hard, and not too soft‘. That perfectly describes Jeavons toffees too!
