Organic to the Root Chick Peas. Also known as garbanzos or ceci, these large peas have a distinct nutty flavour and are often used in Eastern dishes and salads. Soak overnight in cold water, rinse well then boil in unsalted water, simmer for 70 to 90 minutes or until tender.
