Made from semolina which has been mixed with water to form small pellets. Ideal with stews or casseroles, and can be served plain or with additional flavourings such as garlic, chilli, coriander, and lemon or lime juice.  Roasted Mediterranean vegetables can be stirred through the couscous once cooked - as well as giving a delicious flavour this adds colour to the couscous.

Packed in biodegradeable/compostable packaging including the sellotape, film and label. Bags are made from cellulose (made from wood pulp).
