Organic to the Root - Organic Dark Puy Split Lentils are grown in the Le Puy region of France and are known for their superior texture. These lentils can be served hot or cold, for example as a salad accompaniment or added to soups and casseroles. Wash in cold water then boil in unsalted water for 60 minutes or until tender.
