Organic to the Root - Organic Green Lentils are rich in protein and retain their shape after cooking. They can be added to soups and stews to thicken and add flavour, and are also the basis of many vegan dishes. Alternatively, green lentils can be served cold to add extra protein to salads. Wash in cold water then boil in unsalted water for 60 to 75 minutes or until tender.

Packed in biodegradeable/compostable packaging including the sellotape, film and label. Bags are made from cellulose (made from wood pulp).
