Organic to the Root Yellow Split Lentils - 500g

Yellow lentils are usually sold split and collapse into a soft, floury purée when cooked. Slightly larger than red lentils, they are used in the same way, in soups and spicy Indian dhals (they are also known as chana dal).

Wash in cold water then boil in unsalted water for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
