Lovely vegan cream, although you do have to watch how you use it. I've discovered best way is to keep it at ambient temperature, turn it upside down and give one hearty shake to get the cream over the nozzle, and then spray. Too much shaking or too much spraying without cream coming out loses the gas. I can highly recommend on fruit and cakes, although my favourite use is Irish coffees. Delicious.
