Sinless Eggs Vegan Poached "Egg" 360g

Versatile, easy to cook but can be hard to separate if left to freeze in the bag so we immediately put two side by side in separate bags as soon as they arrive. They are a frozen product and the packaging is excellent but they are slightly softened when they arrive. Pop one into a poaching cup in a pan of boiling water and 10 minutes later you have a savoury treat. Lovely over avocado on toast. Never eaten a poached egg so don’t know how close this is to the hen version but I find these a perfect complement to traditional breakfasts.

One disintegrated.

I lost another two trying to separate a frozen block of them.

When I finally got a full one (all round white and covering the ‘yolk’), and boiled it, it was brilliant! The texture was spot on.

However, it’s proving to be an expensive waste.

Delicious and easy to cook

My Sinless Eggs were delivered inadequately packaged and defrosted. You did not return any calls or answer any emails until 4 days later when I managed to catch you on the phone. You sent out a second batch which were again completely defrosted. The ice packs were at the bottom of the bag and the goods sat on top on the hottest day of the year. Not good enough. Have since been unable to speak to anyone. You refuse to answer the phone or answer any emails, so where does that leave me - out of pocket. I won’t be buying from you again and I urge others to do the same. You shouldn’t be in business and your success is based on the way you treat your customers and handle any issues. This fix was easy, but you have instead taken my money and refused to deal with the problem. Hopeless, hopeless company.
