Our “new Original”. A mature cheddar style cashew cheese that’s aged to perfection.
Ched Chilli Explosion.
Our new cheddar-style cheese is infused with mild and hot peppers, mustard seed, tomato and black pepper. It’s a spicy cheese, but intended to be a manageable amount of heat for most people.
Niceleydale & Cranberry.
Customers already compare our Cranberry cheese to Wensleydale, so we decided to take things to the next level. A future customer favourite we’re sure.
Ched & Balsamic Onion.
Our new cheddar-style cheese is mixed with sliced balsamic onions, which infuses throughout the entire cheese during the aging process.
