Shipping: Tyne Chease is shipped from frozen and requires refrigeration/freezing upon receipt. When thawing your cheases, place in the fridge for 24 – 36 hours. Once defrosted use within 4 weeks.
Storage: We strongly advise that you keep your cheases as dry as possible in the fridge, as they may spoil when moist. In rare cases, due to condensation in the refrigerator, mould may begin to form on your chease. This should be removed generously before consumption.
Tyne Chease have used vegan cultures to give their products an authentic cheasy taste. These living cultures allow your cheases to continue maturing and will become firmer and cheasier over time.
Shelf life: All of our Tyne Chease is frozen on arrival to give it the best possible shelf life and to help keep its cool during transit. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to check the best before date if needing the chease for a certain date or occasion.
