This small bag of big soya medallions are the perfect store cupboard essential. Large rectangular pieces of mock meat which are so easy to prepare. Just soak for 5 to 10 minutes in hot stock (or add any seasoning or stock you like to the hot water) then pan fry, grill, bread or chop and add to stews or soups.

Convenient

First time trying the steaks really good and quick once they’ve had their 10 minute soak in stock. Fried up crispy in parts too. I’ll be getting these again very versatile.
