Sosmix is and always has been wonderful stuff, I love it!
It's easy to use, very tasty and healthy. I like to add chives, smoked paprika and a touch of garlic but on its own its splendid. As a life long vegetarian I
thoroughly recommend it.

I have been using sosmix for more than three decades. It just works. Even ardent carnivores love it. I use it anywhere you would use sausage meat. Breakfast sandwiches, sausage plaits, schnitzel, katsu, the list goes on. I wouldn't be caught without some in the pantry.
