Definitely a freezer staple. I put them in salads , have them in sandwiches. A 6 min boil and cool them down. And no guilt .
I panicked and ordered two - Xmas just hasn't been the same without Tofurky so this is a very welcome return. Boxing Day sandwiches with Tofurky, vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato and cucumber are almost better than the hot roast on the big day itself. Hands down the best faux turkey out there.
I am allergic to some soya and this is a great substitute

Unfortunately your carrier delivered to the wrong address but the email from the driver indicated I had received it. The Royal Mail were visiting the house where it was delivered and, recognising my name, redeliveredd it to me. So it arrived still frozen largly due to the fact that you had carefully wrapped it. Not sure what you can do about you delivery firm. I did contact them and explained the error

I love sosmix, it never lets me down from making sausage patties to a family sausage plait. Its so easy to use and you can add extra spice if you like, great price too.
Thank you for the lovely nut roast mix by Suma .We have had this one before and its good to have some dried food as a standby .We used to take this with us when we were in our camper van as there's no need for a fridge to store it .
Sosmix was one of my favourites back in the 80s. I used to add fried onions, peppers, garlic and anything else to the mix along with grated carrot and herbs. It made delicious burgers. I'm re-living my 20s through Sosmix! Thank you.
